Back On Track Together

Okay it is time to get back on track. Gained close to 20 pounds and feel really heavy. Also been eating lots of junk lately esp the last two days. Feeling like crap even real dizzy. Still cannot do all this sugar which is a good thing.
On Feb 6th I will have surgery on two hernia's (one big one and the other one is smaller) and a extended panni. What to lose some of this weight before than.
Going to try to go high protein and low carb-Atkins diet. Also get back on track with exercising. Don't have the problem with that it's finding the time .

I am glad that you are back.  Just coming here is a good start.  I do high protein, low carb every day and it is working for me.  It always seems that I can find time for everybody else, why am I not as important as the others are?  It's time we all put ourselves first for a change, we are important too!
