The other thing about BOTTing, is that you get so many helpful ideas on what other people are doing to get through their day, without mindless eating. Planning you meals and excercise in advance, help keep you in check with yourself. This way when you open your fridge or cabinet you know exactly what your planning on getting without having to "shop". You also learn different ideas on what people plan for their meals and find some really good recipes. Hope that this helps with the concept.

also- coming on her and blogging - allows me to be accountable.
And reminds me of the vitamins and proteins I need to take.
And allows me to see other struggle and be successful ... gives me hope. '
And see what others eat - makes me fell less of a "freak" when I eat as they do... lol...
Reminds me why I am doing that - and tell others - it is possible. But that you need to do it right by you every day... for the rest of our lives. because when we do not - the results are depressing. We gain weight, or get really sick (mineral and vitamins deficiencies).
