When the alarm goes off at 4:45AM, will I crawl out of the nice warm bed and venture out into the wind and cold to go kill myself at BootCamp?  Or will I roll over and turn the alarm off?

I'm in for the long haul.  I have gained 30 pounds grazing, staying on the computer too much, sitting and not moving my body.  I was the first to say "Never Again" when I lost the weight.  I felt so good.  Buying regular sized clothes, feeling good about myself for the first time in a long time.   It just crept up on me. 

I WILL NOT be defeated.   So........YES!  I will get up!  YES!  I will get on the treadmill every morning, do my zumba and/or Curves every afternoon....and quit putting the wrong things in my mouth.  THE new/old me is who I want to be.   Who has control of that?.........only ME!  

Now that I've said all that.........Easy to say....Harder to do.   I will need your help and support so I don't slide back to the "darkness" again.   I love the new me.  I don't want to loose her again in some rolls of unwanted fat.

Well, I've been having major issues with sleep, I'm usually up by 2:00, so I can give you a buzz to make sure you get out of bed!
