Happy New Year Botts:

It's a new day and a new year, it's time to get BACK ON TRACK TOGETHER!  My eats and cardio for today are:

8:00 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Protein Oatmeal
Snack:  Protein Bar
Lunch:  Ham & Cheese Crackers
Snack:  Protein Bar
Dinner:  Bean & Beef Wrap
Snack:  Ice Cream Sandwich NSA

Have a great day and don't forget your vits and fluids.

Good Morning and Happy 2012!

Food for today is going to be flexible. I've struggled being off work this week because the lack of routine made it more difficult.

I know:
B: I'm not hungry right now so I'll figure something out...maybe after I work out
S: ?
Lunch: Cabbage, some form of protein...maybe meatballs (turkey)
S: ?
Dinner: Pulled pork, steamed veggie,

Exercise; I'm going to shoot for 50 minutes on the elliptical today. We'll see if I hit it!

You rock if you can do 50 minutes on the elliptical.  I die at 10 minutes....I don't have it in me for the elliptical.  I with become the treadmill master!

Happy New Year!!!!!

Today is my last day of being a slug....  Since I am a carb/sugar person I need to get this crud out of my system again. Going to do protein drinks 6 days and the one day off (Sunday) or the carb buster plan if I can find it.  Sigh, someone stole my computer and I had EVERYTHING on it.  Grrrrr  Going to look through some of our old Cardio and Cafe posts and hope it's there.

The real key for me is if I come here tomorrow and post I got up at 4:45AM and went to my Bootcamp class. Stay tuned...does Kathy roll over and turn the alarm off?  Of does she crawl out of bed and venture out in the windy, cold day to work out while others are snuggled in their warm beds?'

We shall see LOL

You are a real champ!  I know you can roll out of bed at 4:45 AM.  It takes one step and you know you can take it!  Just put your warm coat on and go.  I will be looking for you to beat me posting in the morning. Ha Ha!

Im not sure if this is the one you do or not but ill post it just in case...

*** 1. Do this for 10 days to break a plateau.***
2. Drink 2 litres of water a day.
3. You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day (some suggest at least 60 and up to 80 gr).
4. You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day.

Beef
Pork
Chicken
Turkey
Lamb
Fish
Eggs
Low-fat Cheese
Cottage Cheese
Plain Yogurt or Artificially Sweetened
Peanut Butter
Beans / Legumes

You may also have:
Sugar-Free Popsicles
Tea or Coffee (decaf only)
Sugar Free Jello
Broths / Boullion
Crystal Light Drinks

5. If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!!
6. Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily.

Good Morning Tess,

Yes you are right it is a new day and a new year, and time to get Back On Track Together!  I had cataract surgery this pass Wednesday so I am restricted.I'm hoping to walk on the treadmill, it's been awhile. 

My Plan for today...

Prebreakfast - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
Breakfast - 2 slices of Turkey Bacon w/Egg white & cheese Omelet
Snack - Chobani Strawberry & Banana Greek Yogurt
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Salad
Snack - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
Dinner - Salmon Pattie w/garlic spinach
Snack - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake

Hi Genie:

Even if you just walk ten minutes on the treadmill you can do it.  I hope everything is going well with your cataract surgery.  I tell you, sometimes I walk with my eyes shut for the first ten minutes just taking an extra snooze.

This is my plans for today protein shake exchanging ground beef for ground lean ground turkey 93% lean 7% fat. Going to season ground turkey like taco meat and eat with some type of veggie. Spinach? 30 minutes interval walk run on treadmill. I have a plan. Yay!
