I am just sick, sick, sick this morning.  No cardio today for me and I am not sure about eats.  I will try to check in later and post those.

Hi All,
Sorry to hear that your are sick Tess, hope you get to feeling better soon.
This is what's happening at my house.
Over ate yesterday in spite of my good intentions. All was going well. DH was kind enough to save me philly cheesesteak sandwich last night. I could have said no but I didn't. I threw away half the bread but was able to eat the sandwich. Will I ever learn. Anyway I have to be the master over what goes in my own mouth. Had it been crack cocaine I would have just said NO. Enough said.
Today I did 15 minutes on the treadmill, drank 16 oz of water, and vitamins are taken. Here's my menu for today minus dinner, thinking of something light but low to no carb.
