Tuesday, December 6th, Cardio & Cafe

Good Morning Botts:

Well today is my birthday and I woke up with a sore throat and stuffy head.  Go me....I did go to the gym but cut my workout short.  My eats and cardio today are:

5:00 AM  35 minute walk on Treadmill, 10 minutes on weight machines

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  NSA Biscotti
Lunch:  Pure Protein Chocolate Chip Bar
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Dinner:  Turkey on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

I hope everybody has a great day.  Bundle up if it is cold in your area and don't forget your vits and fluids.

Sorry you do not feel good. I hope it would pass fast.

last night I watched the cooking channel and they baked cookies... for over an hour.
I was interested since I may need to  bring some "normal" desserts to family and friends parties and wanted some ideas.... That was a big mistake.. the program made me want to eat cookies and everything else in sight.  I overdid and end up with a belly ache last night... grr....
So this morning I decided to bake brownies.  I wanted to make a batch I can take to work to try on the employees. I can't try that.   I know better than to try the brownies - instant carb coma with a possible dump followed by a RH - thanks , but no thanks. 
I put the brownie sin the car... and forgot to unload at work.  Then I had to run errands, and half way I start smelling the brownies. I end up dropping the brownies at my BF work place... I think they were good. He told me there were gone in 30 min...

My eats are simple:
coffee+ al milk
Turkey breast + blackberries
turkey breast
protein cookies
wrap + beef
meatloaf + veggies
apple ..

hey tess what kind of  miralax do u take? i went to walmart and theres a ton of different ones.

I actually take the brand name Miralax in the purple and white bottle.  I get it at Sam's Club in a twin pack for about $28.79 for two bottles.  Best deal around that I have found.

Hey all,  today I ate:
B-egg, ham and cheese muffin
S- 1 lowfat string cheese
L- 2 slices of corn beef and spinach
S- sf butterscotch pudding with whip cream
D- more corn beef and spinach
S- 1 shot of orange vodka in no cal cranberry pomegranate drink
S- 1 hard boiled egg
