Hi Everybody...

I am still under the weather this morning.  I was not able to go walk this morning and woke up to snow on the ground....My eats for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Peanut Butter Pure Protein Bar
Snack:  Cheese and crackers
Dinner:  Soft Steak Taco
Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

These are my plan eats unless I just can't get them down.  I made change to just some protein drinks instead.  I hope everybody has a great hump day.  Remember Pearl Harbor Day and don't forget your vits and fluid.

Was heavy rain here today. And really low pressure... so I end up with a migrane... 
It is gone... so I was able to eat ...
coffee + al milk (cat got the cream..)
a few pork rinds (to get meds)
vegie soup with turkey meat
a few slices of cheese, apple.
dinner -0- not sure...

Hey everyone, today I ate:

B- 1 scrambed egg with a slice of corn beef (finally gone)

S- one string cheese with a slice of turkey wrapped around it

L- oikos strawberry greek yogurt with walnuts

D- chicken broth with 4 oz miracle noodles, later a salmon steak grilled with a little butter

1 shot of orange vodka with no cal cranberry/pomegranate drink
later probably a sf pudding with whip cream

starting weight  225/  lowest weight 129/ goal weight 135
