Good Saturday Morning Botts:
I am so glad that it is Saturday!!!! I got a little shopping to do and I am going to finish putting up my outside Christmas decorations today. My eats and cardio planned for today are:
7:00 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Brownie Quest Bar
Lunch: Chocolate Chip Protein Bar
Snack: Cheese and Crackers
Dinner: Chili
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

I have tried all the Quest Bars available and my favorites are Brownie, Peanut Butter Supreme, Apple Pie, Vanilla Almond Crunch. The PBJ is okay and I don't really like the mixed berry. I heard they were coming out with a cheesecake bar but I have not had the opportunity to try it yet. They did send some samples out but I missed it. My last two boxes that I ordered, were the Brownie and Peanut Butter Supreme. I like to put both of these bars in the microwave for 17 seconds. The Brownie Bar taste just like a warm brownie out of the oven and the Peanut Butter Supreme taste just like a warm peanut butter cookie. Enjoy!

I was going to have chili for dinner tonight but my husband and son surprised me and took me out to eat at our favorite mexican restuarant. My birthday is Tuesday so they snuck it in early. I ate the steak out of a quesadilla with a side of refried beans. It was delicious! This is the first time we have been here since Mother's Day. It was definitely a treat. I may half to wait until Monday to weigh though. Have a nice evening.

I can see how journaling your food keeps you on track. Today I had:
B- 1 scrambled egg with chopped broccoli and low fat mozzarella cheese
L- grilled salmon brushed with a little butter
D- grilled chicken (perfect portions) with a slice of cheese melted on it, 3 brussel sprouts
S- sf choc pudding- the cook and serve is so much better then the instant and I added a drop of almond flavor (yummy)
also had sf cranberry no cal drink with a shot of orange vodka. I lost a total of 5 pounds on the 5day pouch test :)
