It is going to be a rainy day in the South today. I guess I will be staying in and perhaps wrap a few gifts and make a large pot of chili, yum! My eats and cardio today are:
7:00 AM 1 hour on Treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Hi Lo Cereal w/1% Milk
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Chili
Snack: Cheese and Crackers
Dinner: Chili
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

B- apple then later on a pineapple greek yogurt with some walnuts mixed in
L- 5 oz shrimp with a little ****tail sauce
S- low fat string cheese
D- Corned beef and some mixed veggies
1 shot of coconut rum
later a sf butterscotch pudding
feeling hungrier because I added some carbs today. Put my scale away, going back to once a week weigh ins!

Did ok today dodging the rain. Took vitamins and did 20 minutes on treadmill. Remembering to drink more water when head hunger hits. My menu:
