December 3, 2011 Accountability update: 969 Calories    62.3 Protein BOT by making the following changes:  

1.     
        No Diet Sodas (Also restrict Caffeine) - PROGRESSED by not Achieved
2.             Journal food - ACHIEVED ---
3.             60 Grams of Protein each day - ACHIEVED ---
4.             Add Exercise (start small) - ACHIEVED ---

B -           Crystal Light Metabolism + Green Tea Peach Mango - 1 package in 48 ounces water    
                A
ll the Whey Chocolate protein Shake (2 Scoops) 
L-             Bread Pudding
                ½ cup homemade French fries 
            2
oz rib eye steak
S-             Crystal Light Metabolism + Green Tea Peach Mango - 1 package in 48 ounces water    
D-             Bread Pudding 2 Wienerschnitzel Corn Dog 
                12 ounces diet pepsi

DIFFICULTIES:
Had Bread Pudding in the refrigerator and I had some ! 
Out shopping and succumbed to the temptations = 2 corn dogs and diet pepsi
Current Mini Goal 10 lb weight loss = January 31, 2012 goal = 162 lbs
