1. No Diet Sodas (Also restrict Caffeine) - PROGRESSED by not Achieved
2. Journal food - ACHIEVED ---
3. 60 Grams of Protein each day - ACHIEVED ---
4. Add Exercise (start small) - ACHIEVED ---
B - Crystal Light Metabolism + Green Tea Peach Mango - 1 package in 48 ounces water
All the Whey Chocolate protein Shake (2 Scoops)
L- Bread Pudding
½ cup homemade French fries
2 oz rib eye steak
S- Crystal Light Metabolism + Green Tea Peach Mango - 1 package in 48 ounces water
D- Bread Pudding 2 Wienerschnitzel Corn Dog
12 ounces diet pepsi
