December 2, 2011 Accountability update: BOT by making the following changes:  

1.             No Diet Sodas (Also restrict Caffeine) -
ACHIEVED ---
2.             Journal food - ACHIEVED
3.             60 Grams of Protein each day - PROGRESSED by not Achieved
4.             Add Exercise (start small) -
ACHIEVED

B -           Crystal Light Metabolism + Green Tea Peach Mango - 1 package in 48 ounces water
                Irish Breakfast Tea - 3 bags @ 34 mg Caffeine each  in 40 ounces water                
S-             Darlan’s Cream of Chicken Soup               
L-             All the Whey Chocolate protein Shake (2 Scoops)               
D-            ½ cup homemade French fries 2 oz rib eye steak               
S              Bread Pudding

OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS:
Made Pumpkin Oatmeal cookies for my family and did not have any !  
NEED TO DO:
Buy Decaffeinated Irish Breakfast Tea
DIFFICULTIES: Made Bread Pudding for my Husband and I had some !  
Current Mini Goal 10 lb weight loss = January 31, 2012 goal = 162 lbs
