Good morning Botts, It's FRIDAY!!!!

I feel great this morning and am so looking forward to my weekend.  My cardio and eats today are:

5:00 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  Steak Taco
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

Happy Friday!  managed to stay on track yesterday.  Felt pretty good after that big salad too.  So far so good today, even with temptations of fast food for lunch with coworkers.

B - protein drink

L - leftover spaghetti & side salad
S - carrots w/peanut butter
D - alas again undecided

It has been a lot harder to plan lately as our schedules have been crazy and I never know exactly who is going to be at the table when for dinner.  I may have to reevaluate our system for dinner.  Having some pain in my shoulder due to the ergonomics of my desk set up.  Wasn't able to do body pump this a.m. though because of it.  Will be hitting the gym here shortly though.  Also going to attempt to add in atleast one weekend walk with my doggies as a little extra kick.

Evening All,
Only 8oz of plain water but had plenty of flavored. Vitamins taken. I will do better with jus****er soon. Had a really great food day. Exercise is poor as only 15 minutes on the treadmill again. This too will pass. Hope all of you had a great day too.
