Well today was a breeze
B- 1 scrambled egg
S- 1 sf choc pudding
L- 4 oz of shrimp scampi style, about a teaspoon of butter, very little
S- cup of cream of chicken soup
D- salmon steak
1 shot of orange vodka
maybe another pudding later
I even counted the shrimp because I bought a half pound and then divided it in half, the salmon was .48 of a pound but I shared it with my dog. Trying not to overeat like I used to always eat till I felt full, now eating just to satisfy. I got on the scale again, so hard not to, down 4 lbs, so a pounds. Feeling less hungry without the carbs. I would advise anyone who was losing control like me to do the 5 day pouch test, the first two days are the hardest but after that it aint bad
