Back On Track Together
day 3 of 5dpt
Well today was much better, I decided to try to eat less then I normally do. Need to stop eating until I am full, so I am now measuring
B- 1 scrambled egg (usually eat 2)
L- can of sardines in hot sauce 3.75 oz
S- hard boiled egg
D- 3/4 of a 5 oz can of tuna with a tbsp of mayo
S- another hard boiled egg
1 shot of orange vodka
sf vanilla pudding
I think I would feel good today if it wasnt for my period and an earache. Hunger is more in control today.

The last two days have been nuts for me at work - the good news is I didn't constantly think about food but I did eat soup that seemed salty and of course my rings are tight this morning - oh well it will pass.
I had a protein shake for breakfast, soup for lunch, a poached egg for dinner and a protein bar for a snack.
I drank coffee, and a ton of water and got all my vitamins in.
Hopefully today won't be as stressful and I am getting a massage tonight.
