Tuesday, November 29th, Cardio and Cafe

Guess I should say Good Afternoon. Crazy day at work means posting at lunch time. 

Eats for today:

B-Egg Beaters w/turkey bacon & cheese, protein shake
S-String cheese
L-Turkey bagel w/hummus, detox salad
S-Quest bar
D-Leftovers from our family dinner Sunday, thinking turkey & green beans

Cardio:

45 Minutes on elliptical

Today I traveled to Delaware to tour Neimours mansion with my sisters. Long drive, we were suppoed to stop for lunch on the way, but one of us was late, so instead we did a drive through. Small Arby's beef sans bread stayed down okay. 

The Neimours mansion has bathrooms only at the info center a bus ride from the mansion itself, not on the grounds, and it was a Three-hour tour, so I had to keep liquids at a minimum.  Making up for that right now, home. Once I've rehydrated, I may be more interested in eating dinner.

Cardio: walking, walking walking. My knees are killing me now. I'll survive.

Won't know how good a time I had til later.

Its me, Its me, Its me.  Finally got a fill.  I'm so happy to be back in the program.  Today I got 3cc put in my band.  I continue my journey with equipment in good working order.  My plans are to follow the rules, eat well and lose weight and exercise.  I am much more confortable that I will succeed now.  Intake, fluids and protein low but I will get it in gear tomorrow.
