Back On Track Together
day 1 of 5 day pouch test
Well it hasn't been easy, and lucky for my coworkers I am on vacation this week because I am a real biotch today. This is what I drank today
chocolate protein shake
cup of cream of chicken soup
sf choc pudding
cup of cream of chicken soup
vanilla protein shake
cup of low sodium beef boullion
2 shots of orange vodka ( please dont judge, i am being honest)
cup of cream of chicken soup
maybe another pudding, not sure yet
I used unsweetened coconut milk to mix my protein powder, it wasnt terrible, the cream of chicken soup was the best part, I got the instant Lipton, very salty though. Bad headache all day and crabby as hell, but I think I can do it.

You are doing great - to be honest with you I was just thinking Bailey's and coffee sounded good - luckily I don't have any decaf and if I drink regular I will be up all night - not to mention the carbs!!
I did:
4 protein shakes and a 1/4 cup of greek yogurt. Gonna need something before bed and another protein shake just doesn't sound like the ticket. I chugged a ton of water and coffee and got all my vitamins in.
We can do this...just like everything else - one day at a time, right?
See you in the morning.
