Hiya Botts :

Rainy and cold here in Mississippi today.  I hope we all had a great Thanksgiving Holiday and enjoyed the black Friday shopping.  Today is the day to get back on track if we hopped off for the holiday.  I see several folks are starting the five day pouch test today to decarb and get back on track.  I want to wish you all good luck.  Each of you are strong enough to do this.  My eats and cardio today are:

5:00 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Chocolate Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Cheese and Crackers
Dinner:  Veggie Burger on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Bar

Have a great day and don't forget those vits and fluids.

Monday, time for a good clean start now that all that T Day craziness is over. I had a weird spell of unprovoked nausea yesterday, so I'm resting the pouch today.

B: coffee, banana, sugar-free oatmeal, vitamin
s: Protein drink
L: chicken soup
s: protein drink
D: baked fish or canned tuna
s: protein drink

Lots of water and tea,coffee as desired

Cardio: lap swim and arthritis class at the Y

Happy Monday.  I hope your holiday was awesome.  I was fighting stress eating all week so I didn't do well.  Need to regroup and try to get back on the wagon.

Breakfast
Protein Drink
Lunch
Protein, veggie
Dinner
Protein, complex carb and veggies

Cardio
Zumba

Not sure what my eating plan is going to be. I need to up the protein and not sure if I will do protein drinks or protein upped via food.  Sigh....

Did do some poor choices over the weekend but not too disappointed in myself.  Today is a new day!

L - porkchop and broccoli

D - not sure yet

will be hitting the gym at lunch time.

Good morning!  It's cold here again today but I am inside for most of it.  Will do the 4 flights of stair several times to break up the day.

B- coffee, protein shake
L- protein shake
S-protein shake
D- soup
S-protein shake

Good Morning!  Had a great Thanksgiving weekend, felt I did good on food choices and was actually down a pound today when I weighed in.

Now, on to the new week and continuing to stay on track.

Eats:

B-Low carb wrap w/Egg Beaters, turkey bacon, munster cheese
S-String cheese
L-Turkey breast meat, detox salad
S-Quest bar
D-Taco salad made with ground turkey

Cardio:

45 Minutes elliptical
