Saturday, November 26th, Cardio & Cafe

Hi Botts:

It has been a busy twp days around my house and it looks like I will be on the run again today.  My cardio and eats for today are:

8:00 AM 75 min. walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Chocolate Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Cheese and Crackers
Dinner:  Chicken Quesadilla
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Bar

I have shopping to do this morning and going to see Breaking Dawn with my daughter this afternoon.  I hope everybody has a lovely day.  Don't forget your vits and fluids.

After almost a week on low volume - low calorie diet due to pain and ulcer... I got really hungry yesterday.  I ate and ate and ate... every 1.5 -2 hrs felt like I was starving...
Finally I took my protein muffin.  And for a normal person (my BF) that thing looks and smells weird - and ate that.    My belly was making so many noises, gurgling and bubbling.. and then as I was eating my muffin - it got quiet. So I said to my BF - finally - the alien in my belly is happy... his response: "or you killed it with that thing" (meaning the weird protein muffin)... we were both laughing so hard.... But yea... I had an alien in my stomach all day yesterday... Today - feels OK...
eats:
coffee + almond milk
protein muffin... (to kill or subdue the alien)
turkey leftover... or soup...
some cheese and nuts (snacks).
dinner: not sure... but will come up with something nice... 

apples and nuts as snacks..

Sometimes we have to feed the little aliens to make them happy.  I glad that you feel better today.
