Friday, November 25th, Cardio and Cafe

Hi Botts:

I am on my way to do a little black Friday shopping.  I went to gym first and did my cardio so all the walking I do shopping will be extra.  My eats today are:

5:00 am 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Pure Protein Bar
Snack:  Starbucks skinny hot chocolate no whip
Lunch:  Quest Brownie Bar
Snack:  Cheese and Crackers
Dinner:  Ham on Whole Wheat mini sandwich thins
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

Have a great day shopping folks!  Don't forget your vits and fluids.

Tess... you are doing so well... how anyone can survive on so little food... then I realized that I probably eat same qty... just differnt stuff (can't eat protein bars).
Lazy day today with my BF.
Coffee with almond milk
Cheese
More coffee
Srambled eggs with leftover ham... 1/2 clementine
Coffee w chocolate.
Probably some leftover turkey with tidings...
Maybe some nuts or cheese... apple...

B: egg beaters, fat free cheese, pumpernickel and peanut butter
S: brussel sprouts and 2 oz  turkey breast and fat free miracle whip
L: turkey wing no skin, 2 clementines, salad with 1 t sunflower seeds and light dressing
S: veggie soup, 8 crackers and 1 1/2 slices reduced fat cheese
D: salad, 5 oz turkey breast, grapefruit
S: grapefruit and veggie soup
