Happy Thanksgiving Botts:

I hope each and everyone of you have an enjoyable Thanksgiving with love ones and friends.  I did my cardio this morning and I plan to enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner.  I won't post a breakdown today, but I do plan to have a bite or two of each of my favorite items.  The weather looks like it is going to be nice today so I will probably do an afternoon walk too.  Chat with you tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Managed to get 3mile walk this morning.  Beautiful, cold and crisp air...

Protein Shake
1Cup of homemade chili
Piece of cheese w/ crackers
Dinner:  Turkey, stuffing, cranberry salad-  couple bites of pumpkin pie, minus crust

D: 5 oz turkey breast and veggies

Happy day... I did very good. Just turekey ham cheese and veggies all day. Plus some chips with the cheese.
but overall carb wise well below the budget. A couple of glasses of wine to help digesting the proteins... and we are good....
It looks like I may be even loosing weight this weekend...
