Happy Day before Thanksgiving. I am so excited to be getting off work this afternoon and having a four day weekend yay!!!!!!!! I don't even mind all the cooking and prep that I am doing tonight. My eats and cardio today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Quest brownie bar
Lunch: Pure protein peanut butter bar
Snack: Cheese and Crackers
Dinner: Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack: Hi Lo Maple Cereal Cereal w/1% milk
Have a great day and remember those Vits and Fluids.

I did pretty good yesterday considering all the yummy treats that were around. While I didn't go crazy, I did indulge in some small tastings. Yummy!
Today:
B: Egg, Sausage patty, slice of cheese
S: Maple/Fruit oatmeal
L: (Not sure) probably salad
S: String Cheese
D: Tuna Salad for me (Kids want McDs)
That is about it. Tomorrow, yo doggy, I can't wait. I love cooking up that dinner!

My eating has been horrible the last few days and on top of that by the end of the day I am so stressed I don't even want to move. I am just going to do the best I can, enjoy the time I have with my kids and when I get home try and get back on track "again"
On a brighter note they have the most wonderul place out here called pinkberries. So healthy and I just love frozen yogurt....
Enjoy the day everyone and I can smell all the great smells coming from the kitchen now.

The food makes me gassy and "iffy.." Dumped even on foods that normally are no problem...
I will not be a happy person on Thanksgiving... but... will not be gaining weight... that's for sure..
I also got my B12 shot today... and must have been depleted (again) since it got be supper *****y.... (when I am low and get the shot - I can feel it - get like anxiety going on...)
eats today;
coffee+ almond milk
cheese + apples
tabbouleh + gyro (ate it, but got to feel really sick..pain and nausea...)
dinner: probably soup or mushroom sauce with some meat... depends how my belly feels...
BTW: I will most likely not post over the long weekend... going on a small trip...
