It was and still is nice and sunny here today. and in 70's ... again. We had t turn the AC on... again at work. I though I was getting hot flashes again... but it was just hot..
still hurting, but not as much... the carafate is working...
the food today:
coffee+ coconut milk
apples cheese
protein muffin
sunflower seeds
turkey with veggies, 1/2 wrap + cheese
not sure what would be dinner

WORKED out 30 mins. walked for 10 mins on the tread mill. did the rowing thingy for 20mins burned a total of 232 calories
