Raining again in Mississippi....ugh. My cardio and eats for today are:
5:15 AM Walk 1 hour on Treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury Chocolate Shake
Snack: Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
Lunch: Vanilla Almond Quest Bar
Snack: Oatmeal
Dinner: Turkey Sandwich on Mini Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack: Brownie Quest Bar
I hope everybody has a great day. Don't forget Vits and Fluids and don't forget to thaw out the turkey or ham if frozen for Thursday Thanksgiving Dinner.

Last nights eats went well...I am proud to say! I did not exactly eat what I logged but I stayed on track... here is the "plan for today"\

B- greek yogurt with walnuts, Canadian bacon & cheese roll up,
S- protein mini muffin, Eas ( if i am hungry)
L- tuna salad
S- coffee
D-turkey Berger, cauliflower w/ cheese
S- yogurt

Tomorrow I have my follow-up appt w/ Doctor at 9:00AM. Hoping for good results!!

Good morning everyone! I will make y'all feel better. It is snowing (again) and 6 degrees here in beautiful Anchorage Alaska! We have had snow at least every three days since day before Halloween! AUGH!
Anyway, I did pretty good yesterday. I stayed away from the donuts someone brought and ate my eggs, w/ turkey and cheese. I deviated a little at lunch, instead of my salad, etc. I opted for Tomato Basil soup and a 1/2 turkey panini. Just sounded better on a cold day. Then for dinner I had a single thin sliced pork chop, green beans and a spoonful of potatoes. For snack I had a string cheese. So, not too bad! I also didn't go home and open that bottle of wine that was calling after my stressful day, so I am feeling pretty good today. I opted for water instead!
Okay, today is going to be a little tougher because we have a potluck lunch.
B: 1 egg, sausage patty and a slice of cheese, coffee and water
S: Cottage Cheese
L: (Potluck but will try to stick with proteins and veggies, will REALLY try to stay away from desserts and breads)
S: Salad
D: The beef roast with brown gravy and corn.
Water, Water, Water.

You know, if we had six degrees and snow, I would be reading a book in front of my Abe Lincoln kerosene lantern and toes poked up again the fireplace. We would not have electricity here so no lap top for me. But you did make me feel better about my weather. Just a little rain and it is 61 degrees. so.......You did good on your eats and I know potluck is over but hopefully you made it through desserts without to much damage. Good job to you!
Good Morning and Happy Tuesday. For once, I have the good weather. Forty degrees out and no wind, kind of nice for a change.
Long day yesterday, was in the ER with my daughter for 7 hours yesterday and then up most of the night with my granddaughter and sick daughter. So running on 3 hours of sleep and ready for the long weekend.
Eats:
B-Breakfast burrito, protein shake
S-None
L-Salad
S-Quest bar
D-Turkey taco soup
Cardio:
45 Min. on elliptical, lower body strength training
And then home to babysit and hopefully some sleep.
