Monday, November 21th, Cardio and Cafe

Happy Thanksgiving Week!

Hiya Botts, It is Hump Day for me, how about you?  Went to the gym today and got my sweat on.  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:00 AM 1 hour walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Peanut Butter Pure Protein Bar
Snack:  Laughing Cow cheese spread and 5 carbmaster crackers
Dinner:  Meatball and Vegetable soup
Snack:  Skinney Cow NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

Have a great week and take your vits and drink your fluids.

I love the way you think!  Hump day, yes, yes, yes.  I am hoping we got off a bit early on Weds.  Arrived at my son's place yesterday and we headed straight to the sports bar as that is where they can see the Bears games.  Hmmm, wonder why they would not be the number one team on the west coast.  Bad kids, bad bad kids.  What I did love was here in California they force calories and such to be printed on the menu.  I have always loved the "wrap" sandwiches and was shocked to see the chicken one was 1300 cals.  Holy Moly  But thanks to the cals being posted I was able to eat a salad and nibble on celery and other veggies they served with wings.  

Here is my day "I" think.  The kids don't plan meals very well and seem to nibble and eat a lot of junk.  I noticed my son is putting on weight and can see why...hmmmmm  I am going to be logging in my head what and how they eat and think about how and if I should approach him.

Soup
Dinner
TBD
Snacks
Apples and LF granola 

Cardio
Working out in their gym facility here. Not sure what they have but some cardio and weights.

Hi Tess, thanks for get well wishes yesterday. Maybe the pain is suppose to remind me to stay on track.. lol... we will never know... I do belive things always happen for a reason... 

Still little bit uncofortable .. but eating the carafate like candies... In the past I noticed that when the pain is bad - taking it before I eat (6+ times a day and not 4) makes a big difference... 

eats today;
coffee + coconut milk
protein muffin, pomegranate, nuts
chocolate (bad I know... but it is dark...75%)
protein muffin, apple
cheese sticks
veggie and meat soup... or egg drop soup...
whatever else I can eat with no pain...

L- TURKEY BURGER, CHEESE, PROTEIN MINI MUFFIN
S-
D- TUNA, OLIVE AND MOZZARELLA SALAD
S- YOGURT

GLAD THE KIDS ARE OUT OF SCHOOL THIS WEEK...I GET A BREAK FROM HOME WORK...
THIS AFTERNOON  I PLAN ON GETTING SOME EXERCISE TOO!!

Good morning ladies, I lurk a lot a found that you gals seem to do a great job journaling your food, etc.  So I am jumping in.

Here is my food today.

B: 2 scrambled eggs w/low fat mozz cheese and two slices turkey
L: Salad w/ cottage cheese and dressing
S: 2 slices low fat mozz cheese
D:  Beef roast with green beans (the plan anyway)

Water, water, water....

I am going to lose this 30 lbs if it is the last thing I do!

out here in arizona they have gas stations called circle k. they have sugar free lattes so i got one =)

My birthday was over the weekend and due to good planning on my part I was able to indulge in my birthday desserts. (now to toss the leftovers)  Did well and didn't gain so I am satisfied.

B - protein drink
S - kashi granola bar (hubby took the only banana )
L- enchilada with rice
S - none
D - broccoli cheese soup and grilled cheese sandwich
S - small piece of bday cake (see why I need to tra****)

Did my 20 minutes of cardio and then my weights at the gym today.
