Sunday, November 20th, Cardio and Cafe

Hiya BOTTS:

Raining here in Mississippi this morning.  Forecast saids the rain is here for the next 3 days.  Bummer.... I still managed to get my walk in between the rains this morning.  My eats and cardio for today is:

10:30 AM 75 minute walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Quest brownie bar
Lunch:  Turkey on Mini Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  Cheese and Crackers
Dinner:  Meatball Soup
Snack:  Skinney Cow NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

This concludes our eight week challenge that Kathy started.  I still plan to come here each morning and record my cardio and eats.  I find that it keeps me on track and if it helps someone else that is even better.  During this eight week challenge, I started at 183 lbs.  I now weigh in at 169 lbs. for a total lost of 14 lbs.  Not bad at all.  I hope everybody has a great Sunday and a wonderful Thanksgiving week.  Don't forget your vits and fluids.

hey Tess... glad you are doing so well...
I am doing OK.  I have been in pain last few days and I hope it is only an ulcer I can deal with..
But that limits what and how much I can eat.  So ... everything is good bad and good at the same time.  Good - because the discomfort is a reminder for me to take my antacids meds ever day... And to not drink as much coffee...

Not being able to eat too much - is also good... because I know I need my proteins and vitamins and some veggies... so there is no more space for anything else.  (if I do not get enough proteins for a few days I feel really bad- low energy).
 
Eats today: 
coffee + coconut milk
salmon + asparagus + veggies
pomegranate
protein muffin

in pain now so probably will stick with just soup tonight... egg drop soup... nice and easy...

Hi Hala:

I am sorry that you are not feeling well.  I hope you get to feeling better soon.  I know we all need to reduce our food sometimes but I always like it to be my choice not because of something else that is causing me pain.

Eats are whole wheat pita or veggie pizza, chicken breast with home made salsa. Popcorn for snacks diet juice.
