think i need another vsg
There is something about the 20lbs mark i think LOL... but for me it was more like 25, but just because we can not eat alot of good yummy protein, doesnt mean our stomachs can not hold a whole ton of junk food...
But you can get back to goal, coming here is a great start, now you need to take note of what your eating for a couple of days either in a food log online or on paper and see where you really are..
For me i had to detox of carbs so i went back and re did my program from day 1, by the time i had got off full liquids on to soft proteins i had lost all my cravings. i went back to my losing weight calories of 600-800 calories on full foods, and it took me 3 months to get back to goal...
for exercise i added in a daily walk of 2.5 miles...
you can do it.. keep logging on and checking in I think that was a big part of what kept me ontrack was having somewhere to be accountable.

Thank you all. I just read some of the post of what you guys are eating and now I know why I am gaining. I eat so much more then everyone. Guesss it is time for the 5 day pouch test :(
I am too embarrassed to tell you what I am eating now. I hope I dont do too much more damage on thanksgiving. I just am not feeling the restricition like I used to. Maybe I stretched my stomach out. I remember when I was below my goal weight I never thought I would be dieting again.

I think the thing with surgery is it lvls the playing feild, helps us get the weight off and then its up to us then we got to do what every other person does if they gain weight... diet and exercise..
just keep posting, dont give up, keeping your head in the game really does help.. remember stopping it at 20 is definatly doable just dont expect to lose it as fast as you did the first time around..
