Hi there:
I have really gotten on the vitamin train. I got one bad lab workup which was enough to turn me around. My last labs were great except I had to back off Vit D some, kinda got toxic on that one. My vitamin schedule is as follows:
Dry Vitamin A 250 (once a day) 5:30 am
1000 mcg B12 (once a day) 5:30 am
Vitamin B Complex 500 mg (once a week)
Vitamin D Dry 50,000 mg (once a week)
Bariatric Advantage Vitamin 600 mg (twice a day) 8:00 & 12:00
Bariatric Advantage Citrate Calcium 500 mg (twice a day) 10:00 & 2:00
Vitalady Tender Iron 26 mg (twice a day) 8:00 & 12:00
Vitamin C500 mg (once a day) 8:00
Magnesium Oxide (twice a day) 10:00 & 2:00
Vitamin K sublinqual (once a day) 8:00
Calcet Calcium Bites 500 mg (once a day) 9:00
I also take a dose of Miralax once a day and one tablespoon of benefiber in my shake to keep my bathroom habits running smoothly.
I hope this gives you an idea of some of my vitamin needs. The minimum you would need is the multi vitamin 1000 mg, citrate calcium 1500 mg, b12 sublingual 500 mcg, vitamin D Dry 5000 mg, a good iron source like Tender Iron 26 mg and a regular Vitamin C to help with iron absorption. If you have not had labs draw in awhile, I would make an appointment to get this done as soon as possible in case you are deficient in other areas. Have a great day.
