Happy Saturday Botts,
Today is a running around day getting ready to leave for the west coast tomorrow to spend with my son and the "new" family. This will be the first time I have not made Thanksgiving dinner in 35 years, sigh. Change is good, change is good, change is good.

Ha ha! I am guilty of taking an extra 30 minutes of sleep. Kathy, you can beat me anytime! I will be doing a major clean on my house today so my eats and cardio are:
7:00 AM 75 minute walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Hi Lo Maple Pecan Cereal w/1% Milk
Snack: Quest apple pie bar
Lunch: Turkey on whole wheat sandwich thins
Snack: Mozzarella stick
3:30 PM 60 minute walk
Dinner: Chicken Quesadilla
Snack: Protein Cake

Dealing with pain after eating. Not too much fun... but that would prevent me from overeating. (Trying to see good in the pain) . May be gas or who knows what. Not eating much last 2 days.
