Good Morning BOTTS:

Still really chilly here so we went to the gym again.  I had a good laugh today at my expense, I like to walk on the treadmill to musicals and I was listening to the WICKED sound track.  I was singing along with the song Defying Gravity when I saw my poor boobs in the mirror.  I am going to need alot of defying for them. Hee Hee!  Oh well....My eats and cardio for today are:

5:00 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Chocolate Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Protein Bar Apple Pie
Lunch:  Quest Protein Brownie Bar
Snack:  Lite Baby Bel Cheese

3:45 PM 1 hour Walk

Dinner:  Lite Chicken Corn Chowder Soup
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Bar

Have a great Thursday folks, we are on the down slide to the weekend.  Take your vits and drink your fluids.

Good Morning and Happy Thursday, yes we are on the downslide, YEAH!

Windy, windy, windy here, gusts up to 55mph today.  I love Wyoming, but do get tired of the crazy weather sometimes.

Eats:

B-Bacon & Egg muffin
S-String cheese
L-Leftover chicken enchilada, salad
S-Quest bar
D-Turkey meatballs, brussel sprouts, sweet potato

Cardio:

Hour on elliptical

LF cheese, nuts or apply with almond butter

Cold & windy here too!  So hard to get out of bed when you are all snuggly and warm.

B - protein drink
S - banana
L - chili over noodles
S - clementines or carrots
D - meat, veggies

did my 20 on the elliptical & then my arm weights.  will be treating myself tonight to some movie theater popcorn at the midnight showing of Twilight.  Guess I will do some extra cardio tomorrow.....

High anxiety, almost panic attack.  I hate that part of the side effects of my RNY.  ( never had that before). But was able to get dress and get out of house. Still feel shaky and not so good.. Used to take meds but my new insurance do not want to approve them and the other ones are making me feel not so good.   I will talk to the doc and hope she can call them and have me on the same drugs. 

Eats: coffee + coconut milk
sunflower nuts
flat-out with Canadian bacon.

the rest is history... but most likely will have some soup and then some meat and veggies.


Hate to feel so out of control with my emotions.

My new routine is: diet juice in the pm, a snack of popcorn, more juice and low cal cocoa to chase the munchies away. Feelin great!
