HAPPY, HAPPY HUMP DAY!
Well it is a wet, cold day in Mississippi. I went to the gym to walk this morning so at least I got my cardio in. My eats and cardio for today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: coffee and miralax
Breakfast: unjury chocolate protein
Snack: Pure protein bar chocolate
Lunch: Quest peanut butter bar
Snack: Mozzarella cheese stick
3:45 PM 1 hour walk
Dinner: Vegetable soup
Snack: NSA Skinny cow ice cream sandwich
Don't forget your vits and fluids. Have a great day!

Good Morning and Happy Wednesday!
Woke up to snow at 3am when the puppies wanted to go out. Had a "what the heck" moment since the weatherman said it the snow wouldn't be here until Saturday.
Yesterday was kind of a bust. By the time I took my son to get a tux and the puppy to the vet to get her stitches out I needed to be home to babysit the grandbabies, so the gym did not happen and dinner ended up being baked spaghetti instead of chicken enchiladas due to missing ingredients.
Today is a new day to work on doing what I need to do. So, here it is.
B-Turkey bacon & egg muffin, protein shake
S-String cheese
L-Turkey breast, green beans
S-Quest Bar
D-Chicken enchiladas
45 Minutes on ellipitcal and trying new all over ST workout I found at Health.com

it is raining. My cat did not like that. She will spend today at home.

I have not be getting enough proteins last few days. Need to change that.

Patting myself on the back and high fiving myself for today.
My office had a Thanksgiving Luncheon today with all the fixings.
A half hour prior to lunch, I had a cup of tuna and cottage cheese so I would not be temped to over do it on the big meal. That proved to work out very well, I had a mega dose of protein, wasn't hungry and just took a little bit of a few carefully selected food items and focused on the social aspect of the celebration.
I am going to keep this in mind for future "food based celebrations" because it feels really good to not have regrets and to not be dumping immediately afterward!
B- skipped it, was fasting for blood tests
S- Tuna and cottage cheese with lemon pepper
L- 3 oz of turkey breast, tablespoon of mashed potatos and gravy, tablespoon of sweet potato casserole. 1 small cornbread roll
S- glass of nonfat milk
D- ?
S- ?
