Tuesday, November 15th, Cardio and Cafe

Good Tuesday Morning Everyone:

Rain in the forecast today but I was able to get my walk in this morning.  Eats and cardio today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury chocolate shake
Snack:  Brownie quest bar
Lunch:  Pure protein peanut butter bar
Snack:  Baby bel lite cheese

3:45 PM 1 hour walk (unless rain)

Dinner:  Roast Beef and Green Beans
Snack:  NSA Skinny cow ice cream bar

Have a great day and take your vits and drink your fluids.

Morning  All,
Ive decided that though it is raining here too I will make it a great day.  Took my vitamins, drinking my water and packed a great lunch.  Having a protein shake w/half banana, 2% milk, coffee w/creamer for breakfast.  Boiled egg, organic salad greens, jalapeno crunchies, and cucumber dressing along with 98% fat free chicken and a protein bar for lunch.  Oh and a friend (?) gave me a piece of pumpkin pie, I have that in my bag too along with 16.9 oz water and bottle of vitamin water, flavored.  Not sure about dinner yet.  I've decided to start my exact journaling again with my first fill, which is not scheduled as yet. 
I so look forward to losing again.  I am jealous of other fast losing surgeries but this was my choice so I'm going to make the best of it.  Haven't  started exercising again yet but working on it.
It is so wonderful to have a place to say what you have to say whether anyone responds or not you know they understand.  Thanks for being here.

 Morning Botts!!!!!

I am so excited, as I am going to be leaving on Sunday to go see my son and his new wife in California for Thanksgiving.  Weather should be nice there so I have no reason to now get out and move. I think they have a workout room too so I am going to get my son to help me get back on a weight program.  I love love love to do weights but not good at putting programs together.

Good Morning.

Still windy here. Seems we get snow and cold or warm and windy.

B-Bacon & egg muffin, Protein shake
S-String cheese
L-Salad
S-Quest bar
D-Chicken enchiladas

45 Minutes on elliptical and strength training for arms and chest.

We are getting the low pressure... that may trigger my headache...
This morning I remember to take my B12 shot.  I forgot to take one last week, so I must have been depleted since after the shot I got all nervous and edgy. That will teach me to remember my weekly B12 shot.  Today I am shaking all over inside... grrr...
eats is good:

coffee + coconut milk
sunflower seeds
PF chicken lettuce wraps
protein muffin
hot soup
meat + veggies + apple as dessert.

So far so good today.  Was all set yesterday to get back on track after my week off and was thrown off course by the start of a new employee and the office decision to take her out to lunch to welcome her.  I did okay with food but never got my work out in because of it.  Oh well.

Hit the gym today, 20 in my cardio and then my leg weight routine.

Today was much better than this past weekend (pizza and chinese in one weekend) And you know how you can feel the grossness after you eat it, but you just didnt say no...ugh. Oh well today is new.
