When I was getting ready for my PS I worked out (with a trainer) as if I was going to do bodybuilding.  I have to tell you, I loved, loved, loved it.  Since then I have not stayed with it and wish to get back to it. Can't afford a trainer anymore but really miss it.  I love this site and even if you are not training it has great stuff.
