Hi Botts:
Gorgeous weather here today with a high of 74 degrees. I walked this morning at 6:45 AM and the temperature was already 62 degrees. I upped my walking yesterday to a total of 8 miles. 4 miles in the morning and 4 miles in the afternoon. Yay me! My eats and exercise for today are:
6:45 AM 75 minute walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Veggie sausage and mini whole wheat sandwich thin
Snack: Brownie quest bar
Lunch: Chocolate chip pure protein bar
Snack: Laughing Cow cheese spread with 5 carbmaster crackers
3:30 PM 75 minute walk
Dinner: Chicken Quesadilla
Snack: Vanilla Protein Pudding
Have a great day and take your vits and fluids.

Wow send some of that gorgeous weather this way. It really is pretty warm her for this tme of the year, high 50's. Not looking forward to the winter.
Going to get out some old yarn I have and see about knitting again. I loved it in the past but have not done it for a long time. Great way to keep my hands busy.
