Hi I havent posted latley because although i had over a 20lb regain this year i recently took it off, and so more of a lurker now because i dont really know where i belong anymore LOL...

I have been trying to read up on how to reset our body weight and came across this, which i thought might be a good starting point to someone that is struggling....
It seems pretty easy and you can use any diet plan so as long as your getting in your requied protein it should work for any surgery...

Thank you for this!  I am beginning my back on track today and this will be helpful when I hit the "weight" my body thinks is right, but horrifies me!
