Friday, November 11th, Cardio and Cafe

Happy Friday everyone!

Let's be sure to remember all our Veterans today on this 11-11-11 day of the year.  Weather today for my morning walk was a crisp, 32 degrees.  Can we say CHILLY!  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Chocolate Protein
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Peanut Butter Pure Protein Bar
Snack:  Laughing Cow cheese spread with 5 carbmaster crackers

4:00 PM 1 hour walk

Dinner:  Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat sandwich thins
Snack:  Protein Cake

Back from a short trip. Did well most of the days.  Got some wine with dinner.... and that was the worse offense. Not too bad... Salads, meats, and cheese wer my main food. And my protein shakes with coffee and the protein muffins.  Some nuts were also added. Not too shaby. 

Today:
cofffee+ coconut milk
protein cake, nuts
sunflower seeds
cheese sticks. 
tuna with pickles
salad or veggies + meat or fish... (depends where we go for dinner).

Happy Friday!  So at least I am not too disappointed in myself and the lack of gym follow through this week since I sort of expected it.  Been doing okay on my foods though.

L - Chicken & Avocado sandwich on wheat at Denny's with veggies
S - protein coffee
D - undecided

My nephews are on their way over for a sleep over so dinner will probably be pizza with side salad.
