Good Thursday Morning BOTTS:
A very breezy, cold morning here in the South. My eats and cardio today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury Chocolate shake
Snack: Quest brownie bar
Lunch: Pure Protein Chocolate Chip bar
Snack: Laughing cow spread with 5 carbmaster crackers
4:00 PM 1 hour walk
Dinner: Pot Roast Soup
Snack: Protein Pudding
Let's have a great day today and please take your vits and drink your fluids.

D-Turkey sloppy joes, roasted cauliflower & quiona/black bean salad

Hour on the elliptical
Today is our annual ski swap/sale so I am running over 4 sets of skis and boots my son has outgrown and hopefully pick him up a new setup for this season. I love this sale since it really gets me pumped for the snow to kick in and skiing to start.

Ok this is more of a dump but I could not find the link. I am moving out after 40 years with this man. My world is changing and not in a good way as long as I stay with him. now I am choosing what is needed to keep me safe and happy.
Found a nice little place in a new town. Now need to connect with new people and find a job closer to where I wil be living. The nice thing is once I decided to leave I no longer had the urge to eat. I eat when I am hungry but not all the time. Not to cover the feelings. Not to comfort myself. Lots of details and bumps to come but for now I feel strong having made the choice.

So today is my wedding anniversary. No gym today as the hubs and I spent all day together, just us. We did some Christmas shopping, went to get his hair cut, had a lovely dinner out then a couples massage. Ah what a wonderful way to end the day. Now I am relaxed and ready to get cozy in to the bed.
