November 9th, Cardio and Cafe

Happy Hump Day!
I love the middle of the week, it means that two days or gone and only two days are left of the work week. I don't count hump day!  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury protein shake
Snack:  Quest brownie bar
Lunch:  Pure protein bar peanut butter
Snack:  Laughing cow spread and 5 carbmaster crackers

4:00 PM 1 hour walk

Dinner:  Chicken Salad on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  Skinny cow NSA ice cream sandwich

Have a terrific Wednesday everyone.  Don't forget vits and fluids.

Well haven't been horrible but haven't been great so far with this vaction thing either.  Calories have been a bit high and I have not made it to the gym yet.  Had my 6 year follow up with my surgeon yesterday and they are not happy with me.  They were glad I am working on BOT.  Gave me some pointers and told me to come back in 6 months to monitor.  So disappointed in myself.

B - protein drink
S - banana
L - Steak salad
S - unsure
D - meat and veggies of some sort

will be hitting the gym today.

Long afternoon yesterday, left work to take care of a sick son and sick granddaughter, plus picking up the puppies from getting spayed and neutered, I was exhausted by the end of all of it and missed the gym due to having the baby from 11 until 8 last night.

Woke up today and now I don't feel too great. Lots of body aches and nausea, so not sure how the day will play out with food and exercise.

L-Office is going to Red Lobster, will have to check out their website to see what I want
S-None
D-Chicken soup

Cardio: Plan is to walk at the gym after work, will see how I feel
