November 8th, Cardio and Cafe

Hiya BOTTS:

It is voting day here in Mississippi and the sun is shining.  My eats and cardio today is:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Chocolate protein shake
Snack:  Chocolate pure protein bar
Lunch:  Quest vanilla crunch bar
Snack:  Laughing cow cheese spread and 5 carbmaster crackers

4:00 PM 1 hour walk

Dinner:  Meatloaf and green beans
Snack:  Hi Lo Maple Crunch Cereal

Have a great day and remember your vits and fluid.

Got todays plan, now just need to FOLLOW it

1/2hr power walk

B - starbucks triple venti non-fat latte & 1 small sugar cookie
S - cheese stick, hard boiled egg & 2 turkey sausage links
S - coffee with ff milk & sf mocha
L - 1/2 a stuffed pepper with ground turkey
D - bacon wrapped filet mignon & green beans

15min walk with the dogs before bed

Good Morning and Happy Tuesday to everyone.

Pre B-Protein shake
B-Mini flatbread w/Egg Beaters, soy sausage & cheese
S-String cheese
L-Salad
S-Quest bar
D-Grilled chicken, roasted cauliflower

Did lower body strength training with hubby this morning
Hour on the elliptical after work

Breakfast - Click Protein
Lunch- Salad w. Deli Meat, cheese, cannelli beans, beets,
Snack- Celery, Carrots, Crab Dip
Dinner- Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Walk during lunch and I'm thinking water aerobics at the Y- but I'm afraid to look like a goober. Anybody done it before?
