What do you do to remind yourself about the BOTT?
I am trying to find ways to remind me of the reason to stay on track...
1. wear attractive - fitting clothes: or belts, that makes me aware of my bulges, and makes me to suck my belly all the time (abdominal exercises). Also prevents me from eating too much at one time - fitting clothes are not very forgiving. Small meals works better that big ones.
2. come here BOTT - and be accountable for food and other choices
3. journal my food - ALL MY FOOD...
4. wear high heels - any additional lb - add to my feel discomfort at the end of the day... lol...and not doing BOTT may mean that one day I may not be able to ear them again.
6. try on my clothes that once fit me... that one sucks...
7.make sure that I have good quality snacks and food on hand all the time.
Can you add some more?

Good point Hala, I don't like to wear anything tight to me but I do notice that since Iv'e been at home and not working I wear sweats more often and it's way easier to eat more. I think it's because I feel comfortable. I do wear body shapers sometimes under my clothes to make me feel slimmer and I also eat less when I do that.
