Nov 5th cardio / cafe

good morning everyone not sure what happened to me yesterday...( did not post) but i stayed "on track"
 I weighed this morning...if the scale is right i lost about 9 lbs...( i need to get a digital scale cant see the lines well...lol)  this reallyy has motivated me...and I still have not worked out getting in my exercise...( just think how much better I would have done.) anyway, here is the plan for today


EM- coffee
B- flax egg patties, turkey sausage, cottage cheese with grape tomatoes
S- not sure i am working soooo may not have time ( yogurt?)
L- buffalo chicken , raw vegies, sweet potato fries
S- coffee or maybe tuna
D- beef roast and vegies
S- yogurt

What an awesome job cajunbuderfly! I slept in some this morning and it was wonderful.  I just finished my walk and feeling pretty good.  Gong shopping with my daughter today who drove down from Nashville last night.  My cardio and eats for today are:

9:00 AM 75 minute walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Maple and brown sugar weight control oatmeal
snack:  Pure Protein chocolate bar
lunch:  salad with grilled chicken
snack:  chocolate quest bar

4:00 PM 1 hour walk

Dinner:  Homemade chili
Snack:  Skinny cow NSA ice cream bar

I hope everybody has a great Saturday.  Get your vits and fluids in.

HOW DO YOU FIND PROTEIN BARS THAT ARE LOW CARB OR SUGAR????

I order the quest bars on line.  They have only 4 net carbs and the calories on the different bars range from 170 to 210 per bars.  They are awesome to me.  The cost is $24.99 for a box of twelve.  A little pricey but really good.  Their website is:  www.questproteinbars.com.  My favorites are chocolate brownie, peanut butter supreme, and apple pie.  I heat them up for about 16 seconds and they are yummy!

Tess, I too slept in this morning- still fighting a cold...

B- Coffee, Vanilla Protein Shake
S- N/A
L- Cole slaw sald mix, grilled chicken breat w/ low-fat Ranch dressing
S- Chocolate Pure Protein bar
D- Ribs, mixed greenes
S- 6oz. Greek Yogurt

Exercise-  if I am feeling better by EOD, will do 30min on elliptical
Vitamins-  all I need to take is Calcium, which I will do before dinner

What an awesome job you have done!

Busy weekend, had doctor's appointment this morning so missed my favorite classes at the Y this morning.  Need to do at least some walking today.

Laughing cow cheese

Salad with grilled salmon
Dinner
Chicken with veggies
Snack
Fruit

Walk the dogs while the sun is up as it gets cold when the sun goes down.

Congrats on your weight loss and good eating habits. 
I got busy and forgot to log in.  Menu was high on carb low on protein and calories.  Got a lot of work done around house though.
