November 6th, Cardio and Cafe

Good Morning Sunday BOTTS:

Beautiful day here in the South again. Enjoyed my shopping yesterday with my lovely daughter.  My eats and cardio for today are:

8:15 AM 75 minutes walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Veggie Sausage and mini whole sandwich thins
Snack:  Quest Protein Bar Chocolate
Lunch:  Quest Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Laughing cow cheese and carb master crackers (5)

4:00 PM 1 hour walk

Dinner:  homemade chili
Snack:  NSA Skinny cow ice cream bar

Hi Tess,

Two more pounds for you!!  Hooray!!

B- Protein shake
S- cheese stick
L- grilled chicken breast & greens
S-Protein bar
D- whole wheat pasta w/ lean meat sauce
S- yogurt

Cold is now cough- on the couch pretty much all day today...  I will be at the hospital w/ my husband the next couple of days.  He is going in tomorrow first thing for a knee replacement.   I need to remember to pack all my vits, lots of protein bars and protein powder.

Thank you.  Good luck to your husband on his knee replacement surgery, you can do good on your meals by preplanning like you are doing.  I am glad you are on the mend with your cold.  I know I always feel out of touch when my head is stuff up.  Check in when you can.
