Happy Thursday BOTTS:
Well I had to go to the Gym this morning due to weather and walk and let me tell you, I worked my butt off (I wished, I looked but it was still there...) Anyways, my eats and cardio for today are:
5:00 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake with a shot of SF German Chocolate Cake
Snack: Quest Apple Pie
Lunch: Chocolate Pure Protein Bar
Snack: Laughing Cow Cheese and 5 carbmaster crackers
4:00 PM 1 hour walk
Dinner: Taco Salad
Snack: Skinny Cow Ice cream Sandwich NSA

Not bad day today. My friend was visitiing last night... and we went for dinner. I did really well, except the wine. Then we got home and had a couple of more glasses of wine... still acceptable. Once in a while. Food on the other hand - was great for yesterday. No chips, and only some apples, then salad and steak for dinner ( no dressing) and a small piece of dark chocolate. Plus the wine.. but that helped with the steak... lol...
Today will be a good day...

OMG, I was so busy yesterday and today looks to be the same. Have to log and come here at least once a day. It keeps me sane and on track.

I did well yesterday...Brought my oldest and youngest to the Dr so I missed my afternoon snack..and boy did my head want it....I get food cravings about 2-4 pm everyday...is that my body? anyway when I got home ..my baby was so sick and "mommy things" to be done I did not have time to stop and eat until later with hubby ... I was hungry when I sat down to eat but realized also I did not have hunger pains...but rather that my body was hungry...i ate too fast...then slowed down when i noticed ,....and thought...ok Kim no one is taking your food.... slow down...i wound up not eating all of my food also...big deal for me being i ALWAYS Finnish what is on my plate...ANYWAY going to see if i can get through the 2-4 pm cravings...if not ..i will have my planned snack...

B- turkey sausage, flax egg patty, Greek yogurt with coconut flavoring and a lil granola
S- EAS shake
L- surimi and cucumber maybe a cheese stick too
S- ham / cheese roll up
D- buffalo chicken salad with ranch ...( has anyone tried the "buffalo chicken seasoning in a bag?)

L (planned) : grilled salmon with dill-mayo & 1/2 a loaded baked potato

Well did not get the exercise in yesterday but did so enjoy the couple of hours with my book. Am getting ready to hit the gym now. Had my blood work done this a.m. for my 6 yr follow up which is scheduled next week.

Ok, here's mine for the day:
Pre-breakfast: When I first woke up I had the weirdest craving for something crunchy so I had half a crunchy protein bar.
Actual Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Leftover chicken with carrots and quinoa.
PM Snack: Apple and a protein bar since I have a full workout planned for tonight.
Dinner: Leftover shake and bake pork chop from last night.
Tonights Workout: 45-60 minutes of cardio and then weights followed by 150 ab crunches.
