November 2nd, Cardio and Cafe

Good Morning BOTTS:

It is another lovely day in the neighborhood here in the South.  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:30 AM 1 hour walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury shake with a shot of SF Peanut Butter Syrup YUM!
Snack:  Quest Brownie Protein Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Lite Baby Bell Cheese

4:00 PM 1 hour walk (started this yesterday and was successful)

Dinner:  Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  Hi Lo Maple Cereal with 1% milk

Have a great day and remember those vits and fluid.

Sunny and beautiful here in the Midwest!  Good morning...

B- Unjury Chocolate shake w/ skim milk
S- Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
L- grilled chicken and greens
S- Unjury Shake
D-  Baked chicken thigh and black beans
S- Greek yogurt

Need to work on my water today!!

AM- 30 min walk- 25 sit-ups
PM- 35 min elliptical- 25 sit-ups

Doing OK.  No great. Headache is messing up with me.  Hope it will get better. 
It is constipation (lazy colon) and not enough water. So today I will take it easy. Drnk my food and try to hydrate myself.

Coffee + coconut milk
protein shake + greens
protein shake
soup+ flax meal (only if the headache goes away)
protein muffin or protein shake
some dinner - going out again with a friend...- most likely.
Hot tea and coffee... as needed
aplle or 2 as snacks.

Well didn't make it to the gym yesterday but maybe tonight after work still have my clothes in the car.  Eats have been good and I am down a couple of pounds in 3 days just from decarbing.

B-ham and cheese omelet
s-yogurt
L-tuna salad with greens
s-cheese and hard salami & nuts
d-beef vegetable soup low carb homemade

Not a lovely day in the neighborhood here. 10 inches of snow last night!  Didn't get to the gym last night since I needed groceries before the snow hit and had to baby sit the grandbabies an hour after I got off.

B-Alternative bagel w/ham, egg  & cheese
S-String cheese
L-Salad
S-Quest bar
D-Wheat spaghetti w/ham & asparagus, salad

Cardio: Elliptical on my lunch hour

Taking the youngest granddaughter for Christmas pictures after work and then picking up our new puppies, poor little guys will be buried in the snow.

Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Some chicken I made in the pressure cooker last night with an onion, carrots and some quinoa. Kind of like a stew.
PM snack: Maybe an apple and or a protein bar
Dinner: Shake and Bake pork chops and some asparagus that I froze when it was on sale.
Tonights Workout: 35+ minutes on the Arc Trainer followed by ab work. I'll have a 42 gm protein bullet after my workout, then shower and go home and have dinner.

Well I am feeling a bit lazy today so I did not hit the gym.  I may try my bike or elliptical at home but not likely to really happen.  I am actually looking forward to a quiet night at home and a good book so we will see how much I push myself.  Took the opportunity to do my anniversay shopping (for next week) on my lunch break instead so that is one thing off my crazy busy list.

B - protein drink
S - banana
L - spaghetti w/side salad
S - carrots  (actually never ate a snack)
D - porkchops & veggie (nope had taco salad)

Picked up some vanilla protein tonight so I am going to have some decaf with a scoop while I read....
