I finally made an appointment with the GI doc for this friday at 3:30, I yaked blood this weekend ( I know its from straining) and yesterday a friend harassed me into making an appointment. To be honest it's been happening everytime I yak for a while now. I guess I've just been scared and never wanted to deal with it. At my last endoscopy, something was found and biopsies were taken but they were negative. I watched my brother die from cancer as well as several friends die and others that are battling it.

Whats a Yak?  I need to go to a Gi also.  I had iron issues and i am 62, so doctor suggested I go to make sure no colon issues.  My iron is great now infusion.  My last visit with Gi doctor was awful, I do not know why when I go to a women doctor I am never happy.   Keep us posted.

Glad to hear your going to the doc. Ultimately you have to find out why your throwing up so much, take care of that and you should eventually heal.

Sorry to hear about your brother and friends. I am a cancer survivor, 7 years ago I was told I had a 30% chance of survival, cancer is not always a death sentence.

Good luck,

Edie
