You are the queen and my son n law is the king when it comes to eating 85% or darker chocolate.  I tried the 85% and gagged my way to the bathroom.  I bow before your superior handling of the dark chocolate.

There is a whole process to get use to it.  Start with 60-65%... One piece at a time... Let it slowly dissolve in your mouth. Savor it.
Once you get use to it and it taste sweet to you.. move to 70%. Again slowly... one piece...
I can taste the sugar in 85% chocolate. The 90% is more challenging... The 70 is too sweet some time.

The trick is to make sure the chocolate slowly melts in your mouth.
If you like coffee - you will eventually like the 85% chocolate - if you give it a chance.
Now - one small piece is all I need to satisfy my craving for chocolate. And the best part - I can have it on my desk and on my coffee table and one bar will last 2-3 weeks.  And my BF does not like it... lol... another bonus. He gets the milk or white chocolate. (they are way too sweet for me now).

Invest in good quality chocolate - Godiva or organic chocolate.  Savor it.  But only if, like me, you love chocolate...

great job... BTW: when my sinuses are acting up I need to stay away from cheese and wheat...
Chinese hot and sour soup and spicy food helps clear me up.

Ok, so far today:
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Can of Progresso Lentil Soup
Afternoon snack: Will be a protein bar because I have a 60 minute spin class tonight followed by a full workout.
Dinner: I have no idea. It's going to be a late dinner. Maybe some quinoa cooked in some canned broth?

Not a piece of candy for me either... however, still lots of it in the house

I was really hungry today.  At least my choices were better than two weeks ago and I added an extra protein bar/string cheese instead of hitting th vending machine or getting a bagel at the coffee shop (carb attack!).

B- Unjury Choc shake
S- Pure protein bar/cheese string
L-Pure protein bar
and then, 1 hour later, still hungry so I had a cup of Unjury chicken soup
S-Pure Protein bar/cheese string

35 min elliptical

D- 3oz grilled flank steak and 1/3 C black beans

Got all my Vites in and water...
