November 1st, Cardio and Cafe
Hello November 1st:
Can you believe that Thanksgiving is three weeks from Thursday. Go check your calendar, I did. That means Christmas is just around the corner and I am NOT ready.I hope everybody survived all the candy demons and any leftovers make it to the garbage can. My eats and cardio today are:
5:30 AM 1 hour walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury chocolate shake
Snack: Pure chocolate protein bar
Lunch: Vanilla Almond Crunch Quest bar
Snack: Lite laughing cow cheese and carbmasters Crackers (5)
4:00 PM 1 hour walk
Dinner: Roast beef and Pinto Beans
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich
I have decide since today is the 1st of November that I am going to add another 15 minutes to my afternoon walk, basically another lap around my neighborhood. I hope everybody has a great day today and don't forget your vits and fluids.

I DID IT..I DID NOT EAT ONE PIECE OF CANDY LAST NIGHT! I STAYED ON TRACK...!! LOL silly i know but it was major for me...i did get the "urge" but opted for some greek yogurt...and was satisfied

D- salmon patties, i made them from canned salmon with cheese on top

We did not have one single trick or treater last night. I think a lot of people take their kids to locally sponsored events indoors so they don't have to deal with the weather, I don't blame them one bit. I did eat one mini Heath bar last night.
Today:
B-Egg Beaters, protein shake
S-String cheese
L-Salad

D-Healthy Choice meal
Cardio: 1 hour on elliptical
We adopted 2 puppies from a beagle rescue program and they are coming home tomorrow night, so tonight after the gym I am headed to buy puppy food, toys, beds, dishes and all that good stuff.

candy? what candy? lol... I actually had some last night.. chocolate ... 85% dark - a piece is all what it takes to make me happy.
I did not go home until late. I went shopping. Chocolate shopping... lol. I know crazy... But I am planning a party in December and wanted to get good chocolate - Lindt truffles.. And I had a "$10 of $30" coupon to World Market. So I spent that on chocolate... all $30. Funny way though, I did not have a piece not did I wanted any. I had earlier a piece of my 85% chocolate, and that was good.
Well, let me rephrase: I wanted some but the RH I have is not worth risking my well being and the balance I have now... (When I get bad RH - the effects may last 3-5 days... not worth a 5 min of chocolate pleasure...) Anyway.. last night also went to Whole foods and got eggs, meats fruits and veggies...and some more chocolate that was on sale... got to have chocolate.

protein muffin
more coffee
soup or beef wit veggies
protein muffin
hopefully salad with some meat...(hope to go out)
