Exercise... well, walked the entire neighborhood w/ kids for Trick-a-Trick. Knee swollen from yard work yesterday.

Hi everyone:
I am bringing up the rear this Tuesday morning because I like to post in the evening or the morning after in this case. Sounds like everyone did ok with the candy. At least a lot better than we did years ago.
I haven't had candy in my house since 2002. After this many years I really don't miss candy. However if I did have it in the house I would eat it without any control. I do keep Pure Protein bars in the house and I bake my own recipes of diabetic desserts. I will always be a binge sugarholic so I just don't keep it around. I have been off of insulin and all diabetes meds since the RNY in 2006 so cany isn't optional anymore.
I am still dotting along. I eat meat, veggie and starch 3 times a day, small fruit and dairy 3 times a day and a nut crunch bar at bedtime.
I didn't get to the gym but I cleaned yesterday.
