Happy, Happy Halloween my fellows BOTTS:
Well so far this morning I was tricked by my alarm and got up a hour late....I still managed a short 30 minute walk but I will have to make it up this afternoon....My eats and cardio for today are:
6:15 AM 30 minute walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Pure Protein Chocolate Chip Bar
Snack: Mozzarella Stick
4:00 PM 1 hour walk
Dinner: Chicken Salad on Sandwich Thin
Snack: Skinny Cow NSA Ice Cream Sandwich
I hope everybody has a safe Halloween and don't get to scary with your eats! Don't forget your vits and fluid.

Happy Halloween!!!! Did pretty good with my goals for the weekend and pretty proud of myself for that. Did eat a bit too much candy but hoping to get rid of all of it tonight so I won't have that temptation anymore. Going to try to really buckle down some this week.

B- greek yogurt, 2 turkey sausage , 2 egg patties (my recipe
L- boiled liver, 2 boiled eggs
S- EAS shake
D- turkey hamburger (mt only) topped with cheese
S- greek yogurt
Hoping to get that 30 min walk in tonight ...bringing the kids trick or treating...lol

Was posting on the Atkins put no one is posting there. So here I go.
Woke up late so no gym but plan on using my ball and hula hoop which is weighted several times thru out my work day.

L-beef, mushrooms with green beans
S-nuts
D-chicken with spinach & mushrooms
If I have to have another snake more nuts or maybe som pork rinds.

Candy, candy and more candies.. grrr.... but I did not have any today... I am good.

Instead of candies - I have my chewable calcium and Multi... they are sweet, good for me... and the do have some sugar... but not enough to mess me up.

soup with flax meal (home made cabbage and veggie soup with lots of meat)
salad with chicken...
