Back On Track Together
Hello all
My name is Brittany. I am 13.5 months post op with VSG. I have yet to meet my goal. I am 10-12 lbs off on any given day.
I had lots of difficulties with reflux, lactose intolerance, water aversion could not tolerate protein powders and my body does not do well in ketosis. Because of these hurdles I never quite got any of the rules down.
I realize that if I do not try to go back and get the basics I will never make it to goal nor will I maintain my loss so far. Failure and gaining the weight back scares me more than anything.
I had gotten away from OH because it was so disheartening to watch everyone losing so much weight and not really seeing the scale move.
I look forward to getting and giving support here.

Hi Brittany,
You are so right getting back to the basics is key. Take it one step at a time and you will more thank likely stay on track. We are here to cheer you on and give you what you need. If you think your VSG specific forum would help you too, be sure and visit it also.
Take care,
Kathy
