Hi All

Just wanted to re-introduce myself as I haven't been here in for ever!  Well you can guess where that got me.  I began to gain so took myself off but have finally realised that being on my own is not going to help me.  I realised this morning that I am in a downward spiral of self sabotage and it's got to stop.

So I'm back and trying to get on track.  I'll be following you all closely to remind myself of all that we should be doing.  I am planning on losing what I've gained and start the journey again as I never reached goal.  Thank you as I know you all understand.

Welcome aboard.  We look forward to hearing from you each day.  It's good to get back on track.  It really makes you feel good about yourself.

Glad to have you join the group.   I decided in earnest to get on track last Weds. after following this board for awhile...  You will find great ideas, encouragement, tips, motivation and the support needed to get back on track.

Even though I had my surgery in 2003, I missed my goal by 25 lbs... plus regained 10lb over the past year.  It feels great to be back on track with vitamins, water, exercise and protein.  No perfection, of course, but significant improvement!  Down 4lbs already-  31lbs to go!

You can do it!!  We are all cheering you on
